What's the difference between labels and stickers

‘Labels Inform and Stickers Entertain’ This loosely describes the difference. More generally accepted distinction is Labels is for indoor use based on paper labels mostly used on products. Stickers are printed on more durable vinyl material and laminated for added protection again moisture and UV.

How should I prepare / send my files?

All files should be in PDF or Ai formats and include an artwork and die-line (cut line) layer. Please ensure your artwork is at a high resolution for printing. For more information, visit the How-To page: Prepare / Send Your Files. When ordering, you can upload your file(s) in the included “Upload” field. You can also use WeTransfer to send us the files. Just remember to include your order # so we know it’s coming from you.

Permanent adhesive vs. Removable adhesive

All our labels and stickers comes with Permanent adhesive. It is possible to make them Removable. Please leave us a note that you want Removable ahdesive instead.

Do you print your labels on rolls?

All our labels and stickers are either cut to individual pieces or on printed sheets. This allows us to offer unique and wide variety of label and sticker materials as well as White Ink, Raised Print and Spot UV. Rolls are not offered 

Do you die-cut? How is a kiss-cut different?

A Die-Cut cuts through both label and liner to individual pieces. Kiss-Cut cut only label material and liner is uncut. It is easier to peel off with Kiss-Cut. 

What's your production turnaround?

Production time starts once! 3-4 business days from approval of verified PDF, which is sent via email Next Business Day. Currently, we are not able to offer rush production, though we can offer expedited shipping. See below for details on expedited shipping.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order #. If, for any reason, you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam filter as it may have gone into your spam. Next business day we will email a verified PDF proof. Production time starts once you approve the PDF proof. Add 1-3 days for our free shipping to give you a sense of how long the full production process takes. 

How do I place an order?

Great question! First, go to our Shop page and select the type of label you want. Next, fill out the fields with quantity, size etc. and upload your file(s). Once you’ve added the labels you want to your cart, use our secure checkout process to complete your order.

What are your shipping times / methods?

Free Shipping USPS PRIORITY (1-3 Days Anywhere in the US)

All orders include Free Shipping via USPS Priority which is 1-3 days anywhere in U.S. Our facility is upstate NY.

• Tri-state area:  usually overnight
• Chicago & Mid-west: usually 2 days
• Florida and Southern States: usually 2 days
• West Coast: usually 3 days

The specific time of delivery on day of arrival will vary depending on your local carrier.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. Please select this option at checkout to apply it to your order.

My order arrived and is not exactly what I ordered. What do I do?

Can I place a re-order?

Yes, you can do so 2 ways. If you created and account when placing your original order you can login and reorder directly from the previous orders page under your account. Need assistance or didn’t create an account? Email us at questions@liftlabels.com and we’ll help you match a previous order. Be sure to include the original order number in your message if you have it.
